When one visits the mountains of Colorado, one often thinks about all the sports and adrenaline rush inspiring activities to park take in. Rarely, if ever, do we consider a night of beautiful music and dance.
My family and I were able to enjoy such an experience one rainy evening at the Strings Music Pavilion. This gorgeous concert hall, with it's massive windows which lets the outside in, was a wonderful place to expose my kids to culture of another kind. Not only did we get to listen to beloved classical tunes played on strings, but we also got to enjoy a dance performance by dancers from Perry-Mansfield, a famous performing arts school in the area.
We absolutely loved it and after a day spent trekking the mountain, it was a welcomed opportunity to enjoy Steamboat in a more relaxed way.
