Elvis’ Honeymoon Hideaway

What was once dubbed “The House of Tomorrow” and built by William Krisel in the 1960s is now better known as “Elvis’ Honeymoon Hideaway.” Though tucked away on a cul-de-sac, the house itself really stands out as the polygonal glass bedroom juts out from the front of the house and appears to be suspended over the street. The King leased this house in 1966 to be the place for his marriage to Priscilla, but after the media learned of this, the plan was thwarted. The ceremony was moved to the Aladdin in Vegas, whereupon the newlyweds were quickly whisked back to this dreamy abode for their honeymoon.
