Prizefighter is the best spot for local craft cocktails, patio hang outs, mezcal, and sour beers. The best part is that it is all sans pretension. In a part of town that was once referred to as Butchertown, the duo behind it has turned the industrial brick building that was an old salmon cannery into a friendly neighborhood bar. Serving simple cocktails (usually with no more than three ingredients) alongside cheap beers and a small selection of tasty treats (the pretzel is a must!), there is something for everyone. Plus, pooches are welcome to lounge on the patio or even inside if you’re feeling like a game of shuffleboard.
Prizefighter is one champion of a bar that will totally knock you out.
