There's certainly no shortage of beauty in Big Sur. Around every curve is a vista seemingly custom designed for a glossy postcard and the near-empty beaches go on forever. Towering trees, roaring surf, and the stunning, jagged-with-beckoning cliffs combine for an other-worldly feel that delights even the frequent visitor.
I took this shot at a beach at far south side of the Andrew Molera State Park, just off the Panorama Trail. I don't recall if this beach had a name but there is a sign for it. A quick couple hundred yards off the trail with the right weather and you'll be daydreaming in technicolor.
