Not in Cuba. I'm a regular cigar smoker. I mainly smoke cuban cigars and in my last trips to the island I started to look for the Quai D'Orsay Brand. Cuban cigars are strong and Quai D' Orsay were supposed to be among the smoothest. I went to many of the Casas del Habano (the oficial cigar specialty shops) in Havana, I went to the one in Pinar del Rio as well, I went to the Partagas Factory where the rollers remembered the brand with nostalgia and remebered not having seen them for quite a while. I had given up. Until I went to Seoul in August. I was about to start a trip through eastern and central South Korea for 2 weeks and I knew that my chances to find the cigars I wanted were while I was in Seoul so I set out to find the Cigar Divan shop which is not easy to find in Seoul. It was a rainy afternoon and we drove for a while checking a few adresses for the elusive Cigar Divan until we found it in a top floor of a small building. When I went to check their humidor I struck gold, boxes and boxes of Quai D'Orsay among other elusive brands difficult to find even in Havana. I bought my stash and reminded myself to finish them before the end of my trip since on my way back to Mexico I had to pass through the US. and American Customs and Cuban cigars do not get along well or at least I didn't want to find out while they were in my luggage.
