The west coast of Norway is full of fjords, which can leave you taking some unusual journeys. During our recent holiday to Bergen, we travelled inland by car to get to a cabin for a weekend, only to then have to take a ferry across a fjord to get between two small towns.
This ferry runs between the towns of Tørvikbygd and Jondal. I took this during the return journey from Jondal on a sunny Monday morning. There were a few other cars on board, and at least one other person stepped out into the chilly spring weather to enjoy the view.
