Referendum Day

This was the scene at my local polling station, minutes before it opened at 7 o'clock this morning. I was there to cast my vote in the referendum on whether the UK should remain part of the EU or not, and had to do it first thing because I needed to be in work early and have a function to go to later on tonight, so couldn't be sure I would be back home before the polls shut at 10pm.

So, I marked my cross and voted at about 30 seconds past 7. At least I know that, at that stage, the side I voted for was 1-0 up!
